23 years of Real Estate experience has taught me many great lessons, but none as significant as that Real Estate is more about the dream of ownership and how each Buyer & Seller translates that dream into reality. Hence the "Real" in Real Estate. Sellers spend years improving their chosen house transforming it into their own home. When the “For Sale” sign goes on the front lawn, it represents the years of hard work and loads of dollars ($$$) spent on improvements and renovations to upgrade their home. A special Buyer enters this New Listing and goes head over heels crazy for their home and we have magic folks. Going from the “For Sale” to “Sold”, is supposed to be very special for the Sellers and just as importantly for the Buyers and a professional Realtor ensures that. The home inspection and legal documents flowing to the lawyer are equally fundamental and I personally oversee all the details. Keeping the Real Estate process fun and informative for my clients is important to me making sure my clients are informed and updated before and after the For Sale and Sold process is my prime directive. James Allen's famous statement "you bring about, what you think about" is my personal mantra so my logo states, call Gary and "Think Sold".
